Shipping within Singapore

Currently, we provide doorstep delivery for local orders at a flat rate of $3.50. Orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Upon pickup by our courier, delivery typically occurs within 3 – 5 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact us via IG DM or email at hello@portraitscollective.co for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your order reaches you promptly.

Free Self-Collection

We provide the option for free self-collection. Just select your desired MRT station and specify your preferred time slot during checkout. Once your order is ready for self-collection within 1 – 2 business days, we'll contact you via email or text to arrange pickup.

International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to offer international shipping to customers outside of Singapore. In the meantime, customers interested in shipping to destinations outside of Singapore can contact us for a shipping quote.
